That said, in my experience as an Ellsworth real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.


This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Kayla has been a Realtor in Kansas since 2018. She started in real estate, focusing on rural central KS. Since the rural Kansas market is so spread out, Kaylas territory is approximately 1 hour north, 1 hour south, 1 hour east and 1 hour west of her current office in Ellsworth, KS.


Her love is helping first time home buyers and young families find a place in rural Kansas. Kayla loves to educate and make sure they feel comfortable in their first purchase. She has made great connections with local lenders and other professionals to be able to help navigate, the sometimes stressful, process first time homebuyers face as well. She has juggling down to an art after being a mom of 2 kids & helping run a family farm. She is a small-town farm girl with lots of knowledge of land and small-town living.


She understands the stress of moving, finding new schools and making sure the whole family is taken care of besides just buying a home. Before getting licensed in real estate Kayla was a marketing coordinator at the local John Deere dealership, then a stay-at-home mom to her first-born son. She found a profession in Real Estate was right up her alley and 5 years later (and another child added to the family) she is proud of her decision.
